From the Highly Migratory Species Division of the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS):

NMFS will hold seven scoping meetings to discuss management of Atlantic shark fisheries.  The scoping meetings will be combined with public hearings for a proposed rule affecting the U.S. swordfish fishery.
