Fishouflage

Hunters originally wore
camouflage to sneak up on
big game like deer.

That started in the 1970s,
after military discovered
camo worked for battle.

Didn’t take long for
hunters to wear camo
any time, just for looks.

Do anglers have
camouflage clothing?

They do.

Fishouflage is clothing that looks like underwater habitat, mostly freshwater, but also salt.

But it’s not meant for hiding from fish.

Anglers wear it just to “sport their colors,” the company says.

Available in clothing including short- and long-sleeved shirts, hoodies, shorts and hats, the patterns are made from underwater photography.

Fishouflage comes in patterns for bass, walleyes, crappies, redfish, muskies and "European Carp."

You know fishing is cool.

Now you can let others know you think so.
