Frog Popper

Some lures seem
built to catch anglers,
not just fish.

The lures look
that great.

LiveTarget’s
Frog Popper, being introduced this fall, looks great.

But it'll surely catch great.

The FrogPopper – winner of the Best New Hard Lure Award at ICAST this year  – is, of course, a frog that's a popper.

What’s more, it’s lifelike.

Most poppers are cone-shaped, like nothing alive.

“The challenge with conventional poppers has always been the profile,” Grant Koppers, the company’s founder, said.

The Frog Popper is shaped like the real deal: a fleeing frog.

Realistic painting will also make fish more likely to pounce,
Koppers said.

Design and quality that rise above others is always the goal for LiveTarget, considering thousands of lures that the market introduces each year, the company says.

The Frog Popper will be available in two sizes and five colors.

It will complement the hollow-body frog and the “walking” frog that LiveTarget already makes.

The company won "best new product" awards twice before at ICAST,
the International Convention of Allied Sportfishing Trades, the world's largest tackle trade show: in 2010 for the hollow-body frog, and in 2011 for a hollow-body field mouse.

LiveTarget, founded in 2007, has quickly built a reputation
for life-like lures.

But that’s because the lures catch fish.

From the looks of it, the Frog Popper will, too.

At press time, the company’s Web site was yet to include a Web page for the Frog Popper.
