Berkley Gulp
JiggHeads

Berkley Gulps, the scented soft-plastic baits, changed fishing,
some say.

The baits drew more fish
to strike than natural baits
did, and were more durable, catching multiple fish,
instead of one.

Many anglers began
fishing Gulps exclusively,
but still needed to choose
a jig head to fish them on.

The choice just became easier.

Berkley is introducing
Gulp JiggHeads.

The heads come in three models: Darter, Minnow and
Bait Delivery System or BDS.

The Darter, in the top photo, is designed for saltwater fishing
on inshore flats.

The Minnow, in the center photo, is designed for freshwater fish or saltwater fish with thin mouths, like speckled sea trout.

The Bait Delivery System or BDS comes in a variety of densities to control sink rate, from 1 ½ to 3 feet per second, and is designed for
fresh or saltwater.

The JiggHeads, made from a composite instead of lead, range in size from 1/16 to 5/8 ounce.

The JiggHeads come in a variety of “proven colors,” Berkley says.

You’ll still have to make those choices.

But that’s a good thing.
