Teen Anglers (http://www.teenanglers.org), a free outdoors education program for teens interested in learning fishing and boating skills, is forming a chapter in the southern part of NJ. The first meeting of the group will be Saturday, August 9, at 3 p.m. in the Hunting Shanty at the Tuckerton Seaport.
