From an e-mail from the New Jersey Division of Fish and Wildlife on March 6:

The NJ Marine Fisheries Council unanimously voted on March 1 for Option 2 (17" size limit, bag limit of 8, and season of May 26 to September 10) as the recommended recreational summer flounder management measures for 2007. The Council's recommendation will be forwarded to DEP Commissioner Jackson for approval before implementation.
