The 2016 winners in the Skillful Angler Recognition Program have been posted on the New Jersey Division of Fish and Wildlife's website.
The program recognizes anglers who catch fish of "not quite record" size but large enough to be worthy of recognition in several freshwater and marine species categories, as well as anglers qualifying for special angler and "Slam" categories.
