ASMFC Summer Flounder, Scup & Black Sea Bass Board to Meet April 20, 2011 to Discuss Recreational Black Sea Bass Proposals
Arlington, VA - The Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission's Summer Flounder, Scup and Black Sea Bass Board will meet via a web-based conference call on April 20, 2011 at 2:00 PM. The Board will consider approval of state proposals for their 2011 recreational black sea bass fisheries, as well as review and consider terms of reference for the upcoming black sea bass assessment. The Board chose to meet via conference call in April to provide the states the necessary administrative time to implement their measures before the start of the 2011 fishery.
