Tom Fote from the Jersey Coast Anglers Association was scheduled to give a congressional hearing titled "How Drugs And Chemicals In Water Supplies And The Environment Are Harming Our Fish And Wildlife" on June 9, he said in an e-mail on June 8.

Whether he gave the testimony was unknown at press time.
